Tooling Is Our Specialty

We work with three local mold-making shops to design and manufacture molds. This expands our own mold making capability and provides us with a great deal of flexibility and capacity. The benefit to our customers is faster molds at competitive prices optimized for our reaction injection molding process.

Reaction Injection Molding molds are typically made from machined or cast aluminum. The RIM thermoset process uses much lower mold pressures (100 psi) as compared to thermoplastic which allows us to use aluminum and, at times, even epoxy as the mold material.
